React Feedback Button for DApp

Project Title: Add React Feedback Button to DApp with Discord Webhook ($50 Fixed, ZIP in 2h)

Description:
URGENT: Need a simple React component for feedback button. Deliver as ZIP file (no GitHub access needed).

Goal:
- Floating button (bottom-right) on white bg with green #00FF88 accent
- Click → popup form → POST to Discord webhook
- Mobile responsive, dark mode compatible

Features (3 steps only):
1. Green floating button (bottom-right)
2. Popup form:
- Issue textarea (max 200 chars)
- Screenshot upload (optional, <5MB)
- Wallet address input (optional)
3. "Send" button:
- Show toast: "Received! Reply in 24h"
- POST data to webhook below
- Disable button for 30s cooldown (anti-spam)

Unzip to src/components/
Add to .env: DISCORD_WEBHOOK=above_link
Import in App.jsx: <FeedbackButton />
npm run build

3. 2-3 screenshots: button, popup, success + Discord message

Acceptance:
- I test locally → message in #dapp-feedback with @here → full $50 via Freelancer escrow
