React Construction Management Web Clone

I already run a construction-management web app built in React, and now I need a fresh codebase that mirrors every screen and workflow you see in my screenshots. I will walk you through the existing interface—page by page—so you can reproduce the same dashboards, forms, role permissions, project timelines, cost tracking and reporting features. Once this first build is complete I’ll handle any future tweaks myself, but solid, clean React code and component structure are critical so the hand-off is painless.

You are free to choose your preferred state-management and styling approach (Redux, Context, Zustand; CSS-in-JS, Tailwind, etc.) as long as performance stays snappy and the code remains readable. Feel free to scaffold with Vite, CRA or Next.js if it speeds things up.

Acceptance criteria
• Every screen I demo functions identically in the new build (navigation, CRUD operations, validations, real-time updates where shown).
• Code is organised into reusable components with meaningful naming and inline comments.
• All mock data and API calls are abstracted so I can later hook them to my own backend.
• Deliverable: full React source in a Git repo, plus a brief README covering setup commands.
