Proxy Interviewer, Technical Caller

I’m reaching out as we're expanding our U.S. consulting division and looking to collaborate with an experienced Senior Full-Stack Technical Consultant for an ongoing engagement.

We are a global technology services organization supporting clients across multiple industries. As our U.S. presence grows, we are building a specialized consulting team to help us continue securing and delivering high-value engineering engagements.

Here’s what typically happens: I share the resume of one of our internal engineering team, job description, and a short brief on what we’re trying to accomplish. You then join the video or phone interview as the candidate, go through the conversation, prove the depth of knowledge around modern web development, and wrap up with a concise written assessment highlighting questions summary, compensation, such things discussed during an interview.

4+ years of web development experience is highly desired.

Compensation:
Base Salary: $30- $100 per hour
Performance Bonus: $500 - $1000 per secured job, paid monthly for as long as the contract remains active.
