Precision Metronome PWA Development

We are looking for an experienced React / JavaScript developer to build a precise metronome Progressive Web App (PWA) using the Web Audio API or similar timing-accurate audio techniques.
The app is designed for musicians and must deliver stable, accurate timing on both mobile and desktop devices. The core functionality includes incremental tempo increases or decreases over a set number of measures, with clear click sounds and a distinct 4-count cue between tempo changes.
This project is an MVP focused on accuracy, simplicity, and reliability. A clean, responsive interface and smooth, drift-free playback are the top priorities.
Technical requirements include React, modern JavaScript, and Web Audio API–based scheduling. The solution should avoid unreliable timing methods such as setTimeout or setInterval and ensure consistent playback across browsers and devices.
If the MVP performs well, this project will move into a second phase with additional features and potential packaging for iOS and Android app store release.
