Pixel Perfect React Landing Page

I have a finished PNG mock-up for a one-page landing screen and need it turned into production-ready React code today. The goal is strict pixel accuracy on desktop while remaining flawlessly responsive on both mobile and tablet breakpoints. No fancy animations are required—simple CSS transitions, if any, are fine.

I will supply the PNG immediately after kickoff. From there, I expect:

• Clean, component-based React code (functional components and hooks preferred).
• Tailored CSS or a lightweight utility framework—whichever lets you match the design line-for-line.
• A quick live preview link or zipped build so I can check the result on desktop, iPad and mobile sizes.

The timeline is tight: I’m online now and need the page wrapped up within the next five to six hours, so please bid only if you can start right away and deliver within that window.
