Personal Portfolio Website Development

I'm looking for a front-end developer to build me a clean, modern personal portfolio website — fast, minimal, and built with React, showcasing projects, skills, and contact info in a polished, professional layout.

Required Sections
- Hero / Intro — name, title/tagline, short intro, call-to-action
- About — short bio, background
- Skills / Tech Stack — visual list or grid of technologies
- Projects — card-based showcase with title, description, tech used, links to live demo/GitHub
- Experience/Education (optional, if applicable)
- Contact — contact form or direct links (email, LinkedIn, GitHub), social icons
- Responsive navbar with smooth scroll or routing between sections

Technical Requirements
- Built with React (Vite preferred)
- Fully responsive — mobile, tablet, desktop
- Clean, modern UI with subtle animations/transitions (e.g., Framer Motion or CSS transitions)
- Fast load times, optimized assets
- Well-organized, readable component structure
- Easy for me to update content later (e.g., projects/skills stored in a simple config/data file rather than hardcoded everywhere)
- Cross-browser compatible
- Deployable to GitHub Pages / Vercel / Netlify (please include deployment instructions)

Nice to Have
- Dark/light mode toggle
- Basic SEO meta tags
- Contact form wired to a service like Formspree/EmailJS
- Subtle scroll animations

Deliverables
