This is an update to the current codebase rather than a rebuild, so you’ll be working within established stacks and conventions.

The main objective is performance improvement, with special attention to how the interface renders and reacts. While server response times are acceptable, UI elements still stutter in complex views and transitions, and asset bundles could clearly be slimmer. I need you to analyze what’s dragging the experience down—whether it’s excessive paint cycles, unminified assets, or layout thrashing—and implement targeted fixes. Expect to dive into component code, inspect network waterfalls, and apply best-practice optimizations without altering the visual design.

Key outcomes I’m after:

• Clean, well-commented commits so the rest of the team can follow your reasoning.
