I need a secure, fully-functional online banking system whose first release focuses on smooth, real-time fund transfers. The platform should let registered users move money between their own accounts and to third-party beneficiaries with the usual safeguards—two-factor authentication, transfer-limit logic, OTP confirmation, and an auditable trail.
Here is what I expect:
• Core feature: fund transfers (intra-bank and inter-bank) working end-to-end.
• Web-based administrator dashboard to manage users, view logs, and set limits.
• RESTful API that a future mobile app can consume.
• Clean, modern front-end where customers can log in, see available accounts and execute transfers in a few clicks.
• PCI-DSS-aligned security practices, encrypted data at rest and in transit, and clear documentation of the security model.
• Deployment scripts (Docker or similar) so I can spin up staging and production quickly.
• Source code, build instructions, and a short hand-off session once complete.
