Offline JS Logic & Tauri Installer
Budget: $40 – $45 USD
I already have HTML, CSS, JS UI ready. I only need JavaScript functionality for buttons, form data inserting to grid dynamically, data store and Windows offline installer using Tauri No UI changes. App must run offline, smooth, fast, light, and error-free.
The screens are already designed in plain HTML + CSS and the basic JavaScript shell is in place. What I still need is the working logic:
• Wire up every existing button exactly as laid out in the current markup—no new elements, no visual tweaks.
• Capture all form inputs and inject the submitted rows into an on-page grid in real time, clearing the form afterward.
• Make sure the whole flow runs entirely offline and feels instant, with graceful error handling for edge cases such as empty fields or duplicate entries.
When the browser version works flawlessly, bundle it with Tauri to produce a lightweight Windows installer that launches the app locally without an internet connection. The final build should open fast, stay under a modest footprint, and leave no errors in the console.
Deliverables
– Updated JavaScript files with clear, commented code
– Tauri project set-up and documented build script
– Signed or unsigned Windows offline installer (EXE or MSI)
– Short read-me explaining how to rebuild the installer from source
That’s all I need—pure functionality, no design changes.
