Maintenance Update – Stability & Minor Bug Fixes

We have released a maintenance update to the current internal build of the Golf Club Operations Platform. This update focuses on improving reliability and addressing several minor issues identified during daily staff use. The aim is to make the existing version more stable while we continue developing the expanded web and mobile system.
### Fixes & Improvements
**Authentication & Access**
* Corrected role permissions so staff now only see modules assigned to their role.
* Improved session handling during file uploads.
* Fixed the password reset activation link not completing in some cases.
**Event & Trophy Records**
* Resolved intermittent photo upload errors on mobile devices.
* Fixed occasional duplicate entries in trophy history.
* Improved saving of event winners to ensure correct event association.
**Maintenance Reporting**
* Status workflow updates now save correctly.
* Attached photos remain after editing a report.
* Assignment notifications now send as expected.
**Scheduling & Wait-List**
* Edited events now remain visible on the calendar.
* Wait-list promotion updates attendance automatically.
* Pre-dated tasks correctly link to the related event.
**Compliance & Logs**
* Fridge temperature entries no longer overwrite previous records.
* Time stamps recorded accurately across devices.
* CSV exports generate correctly.
**Staff Certifications**
* Expiry reminders now follow scheduled intervals instead of repeating.
* Certificate file uploads improved for common document formats.
**Documents & Safety Records**
* Safety documents and manuals open reliably on mobile.
* Incident reports retain attachments after submission.

* Faster dashboard loading.
* Improved layout on phones and tablets.
* More consistent navigation and form controls.
