Next.js Static Site with Admin Panel

I'm looking for a developer to create a simple static website using Next.js and MongoDB. The site will feature an admin panel that allows me to update pages and course details (text, images, and videos).

Key Requirements:
- Admin panel to manage:
- Update pages and course details
- Manage menus and submenus (user preference on interface)
- Courses are for showcase only (no special features like quizzes or progress tracking)
