Modern SEO-Safe Frontend Revamp

I need to give my existing PWA a modern facelift while keeping every ounce of SEO equity intact. The goal is to make the site feel like a native mobile app yet remain fully responsive on larger screens.

Here’s what I’d like addressed:
• Navigation menu – sleeker, cleaner, and easier to tap.
• Homepage layout – refreshed and decluttered so the first impression is unmistakably modern.
• Typography and fonts – contemporary pairings with clear hierarchy for readability.
• Remove unnecessary text, tighten alignment, and generally polish the overall look so it feels professionally designed.
• Overall layout must adopt a mobile-app style on phones without breaking the existing PWA structure.

Key expectations
– Preserve current URLs, meta data, heading order, and schema so search rankings aren’t disturbed.
– Core Web Vitals and Lighthouse scores should stay the same or improve.
– No backend changes; this is strictly HTML/CSS/JS work, and you’re free to use lightweight modern tooling (React, Vue, Tailwind, etc.) as long as load speed stays snappy.
- PWA on smartphone should appear similar to Mobile Apps existing design.

Deliverables
1. Updated responsive templates covering mobile, tablet, and desktop.
2. Clean, well-commented code committed to our repo.
3. Brief hand-over notes documenting the changes and how to tweak styles going forward.
4. Before-and-after performance report proving SEO and speed haven’t slipped.
