Modern Portfolio Site Build

The task is to build a clean, modern-styled portfolio website using standard front-end tools (HTML, CSS, vanilla JavaScript). The site will contain two to three pages that automatically adapt to mobile, tablet, and desktop screens.

Focus areas
• Portfolio showcase with an image gallery and concise project descriptions on the main page.
• Smooth, responsive layout that remains fully functional on phones without horizontal scrolling.
• Clearly commented, well-structured code so future updates are easy.

Deliverables
• Fully functioning website files (HTML, CSS, JS) ready to upload.
• All assets and images optimised for fast load times.
• A short read-me explaining the folder structure and how to update gallery items.

Acceptance criteria
• Pages pass mobile-friendly testing tools and render correctly in the latest Chrome, Firefox, and Safari versions.
• Every portfolio item displays its image, title, and description without layout breaks.
• No console errors when navigating between pages or resizing the browser.

Timeline is flexible but should match our agreed schedule once the scope is confirmed.
