Modern, Aesthetic Website for New Brand (Responsive + Smooth Animations)

Need a website for our boutique brand. Need a modern, visually "stunning" website with smooth animations and transitions, fully responsive across devices. The site should showcase the products we sell, About Founders, Contacts, Social Media connectivity and access, Instagram recent posts and other necessary sections.
Out of scope: User Accounts, online shopping. Should be functioning on all screen sizes. We will provide: logos, brand colour palette, videos and photos. Bonus: if website content should be configurable.

To be designed in React.js with Redux
Following strict component based design pattern
A SQL/MySQL database holding Product and configuration.
Behavioural Tests to be delivered for all workflows and critical component in Selenium/Playwright.
