Mobile Responsive Website Upgrade

My current website works fine on desktop, but falls short on phones and tablets, so I need a developer who can focus on giving it true mobile responsiveness. The aim is to raise the overall user experience—smooth layouts, touch-friendly elements and fast, fluid scrolling on every modern device.

The core task is to rebuild or refine the front-end so pages automatically adapt from large monitors down to small screens without breaking design or content. If you can do this in a clean, standards-based stack (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, possibly Bootstrap or a lightweight framework), even better. I’m open to refreshing the theme or switching platforms as long as the end result is lightweight and maintainable.

• Optimised assets and minified code pushed to my repo or packaged for hand-off
