Premium Luxury Membership & Events Website Development (React + Tailwind + GSAP) Project Overview We are seeking an experienced frontend developer or agency to design and develop an ultrapremium website for an international membership-based organisation focused on events, networking, dining experiences, and community engagement. The website will serve as the primary public-facing platform for prospective and existing members, guests, partners, and event attendees. This is not a typical corporate website — we expect an exceptional digital experience that reflects exclusivity, prestige, sophistication, luxury, and trust while delivering outstanding usability and performance across all devices. The website will integrate with a custom backend platform and CMS being developed separately. The selected developer/team will not be responsible for backend development, database architecture, or CMS development. Design & User Experience Expectations Design Philosophy • The website should evoke: Exclusivity, Prestige, Elegance, Heritage, Luxury, Sophistication, and Trust. Visitors should feel they are entering a premium, members-only ecosystem from the moment they arrive. We are not interested in templates, generic themes, or standard corporate designs. Visual Design Requirements • The selected team must create a fully custom user experience featuring: bespoke UI design, premium typography, curated luxury colour palette, rich imagery and storytelling, exceptional visual hierarchy, elegant use of white space, high-end branding consistency, and pixel-perfect responsiveness. • Potential visual directions: deep charcoal & gold, midnight blue & champagne, black & bronze, ivory & navy, rich burgundy & gold accents. The overall design should feel timeless and premium rather than trendy. Motion Design & Animations Animations are critical. We expect refined, elegant motion that enhances the experience without becoming distracting. Required Animation Types • Page-Level Motion: smooth page transitions, section reveal animations, progressive content loading, premium navigation transitions. • Scroll-Based Experiences: scroll-triggered animations, dynamic content reveals, storytelling sections, subtle parallax effects. • Micro Interactions: button hover states, navigation animations, card interactions, form interactions, content transitions. • Premium Motion Design: cinematic hero sections, luxury-brand style movement, smooth content reveals, interactive storytelling moments. Animations should be performance-optimized and mobile-friendly. Mobile-First Development The website must be designed and developed using a mobile-first approach (mandatory). • It should deliver a premium experience across mobile phones, tablets, laptops, desktop screens, and large displays. The majority of users are expected to access the website via mobile devices. Performance Requirements • Despite the premium visual experience, the website must remain highly optimised: fast page load times, optimised Core Web Vitals, SEO-friendly implementation, responsive architecture, optimised media delivery, lazy loading where appropriate, and efficient animation rendering. Browser & Device Compatibility The website must function consistently across Chrome, Safari, Edge, and Firefox on Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android. Cross-browser and cross-device testing is mandatory. Website Structure • Home Page: hero section, organisation overview, featured events, membership highlights, news & updates, testimonials, partners showcase, calls-to-action. • About: organisation overview, history, mission & values, leadership information. • Membership: membership categories, benefits, application information, FAQs. • Events: event listings, event detail pages, event galleries, registration CTAs. • News & Updates: articles, announcements, updates. • Member Portal Access: member login page, login button integration point. • Contact: contact form, social links, location information. Functional Requirements (Frontend Scope Only) Important Note This project is primarily a frontend development engagement. The backend platform, CMS, member management system, event management system, payment workflows, business logic, and administration modules are being developed separately by our internal team. The selected freelancer/team is NOT expected to develop: CMS, backend application, database architecture, event management system, member management platform, payment processing logic, or administrative dashboards. The website should be developed to allow these systems to be connected later through APIs. Frontend Deliverables Event Pages: Create event listing pages, event detail pages, event galleries, and registration/booking buttons. Pages should support future API-driven content. Membership Pages: Create membership overview pages, benefits sections, inquiry forms, and information layouts. Forms should be API-ready. Member Login: Develop a premium login interface with authentication-ready frontend and API integration point. Actual authentication logic will be handled by the backend platform. Content Pages: Create frontend layouts for Home, About, Membership, Events, News, Contact, and additional informational pages. All content areas should support future CMS integration. API & CMS Readiness The website will connect to a custom CMS and backend platform developed separately. The frontend should be API-ready, use reusable components, support dynamic content rendering, use mock/sample data during development, and allow future data binding with minimal changes. At this stage, only clear integration points and frontend readiness are required. Technical Stack (Mandatory) The website must be developed using the following technology stack: • React.js — component-based architecture, scalable codebase, reusable components, API-first design approach. • Tailwind CSS — utility-first styling, responsive architecture, design system consistency, maintainable structure. • GSAP (GreenSock Animation Platform) — primary animation framework for page transitions, scroll-triggered animations, hero animations, micro interactions, and premium motion design. Deliverables • The selected developer/team will provide: UI/UX design, complete React frontend, Tailwind CSS implementation, GSAP animations, responsive development, member login interface, CMS-ready templates, API-ready architecture, cross-browser testing, deployment assistance, source code repository, and technical documentation. What We Are Looking For • We are looking for developers or agencies with strong React expertise, advanced Tailwind CSS skills, proven GSAP animation experience, exceptional UI/UX capabilities, and experience building luxury, hospitality, lifestyle, membership, or premium event websites.
