Looking for a passionate front-end developer

As a rapidly growing startup, we are developing a website that introduces our company and its services.
We have already agreed on the basics, including the site's logic, operational structure, and services.
Now, we only need a front-end developer to lead the development, who will collaborate with our development team (designers and back-end engineers) to complete the project.
I think it would be a good idea to choose one of React, Next, or Vite as the stack to use for development.
The code must be stylish, clean, and well-documented.
We are looking for an experienced front-end developer who can build an interface that delivers real advertising results, not just a front-end developer.
An engineer from our team and I will participate in the final code quality, site review, and final screening.
The site must be responsive to work on all devices, and experience with React Native is preferred.
