Latam Web Developer Collaboration

I manage an international engineering team that delivers web solutions for clients across the US and Europe. To expand our capacity, I’m inviting a developer who currently lives in Colombia or Brazil to join us on a project-by-project basis and grow into a long-term partner.

The immediate need is front-end work built with HTML, CSS and vanilla JavaScript, the stack you already know well. Most of our current backlog involves corporate websites, so prior experience in that setting will help you feel right at home. While your familiarity with collaboration tools is still at a beginner level, we’ll guide you through our Git, Slack and Notion workflows until they become second nature.

Daily success here hinges on clear, honest communication, meeting deadlines you commit to, and treating teammates respectfully. In return, you’ll receive support from seasoned engineers, regular code reviews, and the flexibility to take on tasks that match your availability. Payment is released after each agreed milestone, with plenty of future work lined up for someone who proves reliable.
