Infinite Scroll for Roti Jugaad App

I run Roti Jugaad, an app that connects employers with blue-collar job seekers. In the employer area the Employees Listing screen now pulls every profile in one hit, so the page stalls or never finishes loading. I need that replaced with true infinite scroll.

Here’s what I’m after:
• Implement an infinite-scroll data flow on the Employees Listing screen, fetching small batches as the user scrolls.
• Show a brief loading message while each new batch arrives so users know more results are coming.
• Keep the scroll position smooth and uninterrupted.
• Reuse the existing design and API wherever possible; I’m not asking for a full UI overhaul, just the pagination logic and its hooks.
• Hand off concise code comments or a short read-me so my in-house team can maintain the feature later.

Once finished the list should load fast, feel seamless, and never time out no matter how large the dataset grows. If that sounds straightforward to you, let’s get it live.
