Hero Image Slider Development -- 2

Hello,

I am in need of a custom website slider for the header of my website. I made a video (in After Effects) of how I want the slider to look. The video is in the header of my website's home page (https://www.purpuhs.com) now (glasses with images sliding).

I can provide the images including the glasses and sliding images
I want the images to pause on mouse hover
Maybe hyperlink to my “work” page?
The slider will only be visible on iPad screen size and higher.
The website is currently on wordpress but I am thinking about moving it to bootstrap. What do you recommend?

*I also don't know how much something like this will cost so the price is negotiable.
