About the Project:
I am an individual working in the healthcare sector, aiming to develop a comprehensive Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tool tailored to meet unique requirements. This tool will encompass various modules, including Audit Management, Document Management, Incident Management, Compliance Tracking & Reporting, and more. The goal is to create an integrated solution that streamlines processes, enhances compliance, and supports our organization’s risk management strategy.

Phase 1: Core Development
During Phase 1, we will focus on building the core functionalities of the GRC tool. I am seeking skilled freelancers to join the project and contribute to the following roles:

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Backend Developer
- Develop server-side logic, integrate databases, and build APIs.
- Ensure scalability, performance, and security of the backend systems.
- Collaborate with the frontend developer to integrate user-facing elements.
- Required Skills: Proficiency in backend technologies (e.g., Python, Node.js, Java), database management (e.g., SQL, NoSQL), API development, and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure).

2. Frontend Developer
- Develop user interfaces and ensure a seamless user experience.
- Implement responsive design principles for cross-platform compatibility.
- Collaborate with the UI/UX designer to bring designs to life.
- Required Skills: Proficiency in frontend technologies (e.g., JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue.js), HTML/CSS, and responsive design practices.

3. UI/UX Designer
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to enhance user experience.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications.
- Required Skills: Experience with UI/UX design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD), user research methodologies, and creating design systems.

General Requirements:
- Proven experience in the relevant role.
- Strong understanding of GRC concepts and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare or similar regulated industries.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Prior experience working on GRC tools or similar applications.

Project Management:
I will handle the roles of Project Manager and Business Analyst, tracking progress and coordinating tasks using Asana.
