Frontend developer to make frontend based on ready UI -- 2

I am looking for someone to make frontend based on already finished UI (Made in Figma) So developer will only need to take care of frontend of the website,while backend is already finished.Experience in work with Steam related projects is not mandatory but would help out alot. Fluent english is mandatory.
