Frontend Engineer

Format: Full-time, Remote
Compensation: $5,000–$7,000 base + performance-based bonus (delivery quality, UI stability, feature completion)

Mission

Build and maintain a high-quality, production-ready frontend for the Arten SFR real estate platform.
This role focuses on delivering a fast, clean, and scalable user interface that supports current real estate features and future expansion into crypto, wallets, and Web3 interactions.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain the user-facing web application using React

- Implement responsive, pixel-accurate UI based on product requirements

- Integrate frontend with backend APIs (authentication, listings, dashboards)

- Ensure frontend performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility

- Translate product requirements and UX flows into clean, maintainable code

- Collaborate with backend engineers and project manager on feature delivery

- Handle state management, API error handling, and loading states correctly

- Maintain frontend project structure, reusable components, and UI consistency

- Participate in code reviews and frontend best-practice discussions

- Prepare the frontend for future crypto integrations (wallet UI, transaction flows)

You’re a Good Fit If

- You have 3+ years of experience as a Frontend Engineer

- You are strong with React and modern JavaScript, TypeScript

- You have experience with REST APIs and async data handling

- You understand frontend architecture, component design, and state management

- Your English level is B2 or higher

- You are comfortable working in a remote, async environment

- You care about UI quality, performance, and clean code

- You can work independently and deliver features end-to-end

- Experience with real estate platforms, fintech, or Web3 UI is a plus

- You are looking for a design-only or purely creative role

- You avoid ownership of features or delivery timelines

- You struggle with debugging frontend issues independently

- You are uncomfortable working with APIs or backend coordination

- You dislike structured development processes and code reviews

Tech Stack required

- Frontend: React, JavaScript (ES6+)

- Styling: CSS / Tailwind / modern UI frameworks

- State & Data: REST APIs, async handling

- Tools: Git, npm, modern build tools (Vite or similar)
