Frontend Developer Needed: SOP Browser & Runner (Tabler HTML + Vanilla JS / TypeScript)

We are building a lightweight SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) web application with a simple, clean architecture. This project focuses on implementing two frontend pages using an existing specification and starter code.

Scope
You will implement:
1. SOP Browser page
o Public, read-only SOP listing and detail view
o Users can fork an SOP into their workspace
o No execution or editing on this page

2. SOP Runner page
o Step-by-step SOP execution for owned SOPs
o Manual progress tracking (Next / Previous / Done)
o Per-step notes with autosave
o Resume execution using saved run session state
A basic SOP Editor already exists and will be integrated later; you are not required to design new architecture.

These two pages will use sample files within the src folder, there is no backend operations needed.

Tech Requirements (Strict)
• Tabler HTML template for UI
• Vanilla JavaScript + TypeScript
• Multi-page app (browser.html, runner.html)
• TypeScript compiled with tsc (no React / Vue / SPA frameworks)
• Use provided starter project and specifications
❌ React, Vue, Angular, Next.js, or UI framework changes are not allowed.

What Will Be Provided
• Detailed Word specification (UX + behavior)
• Existing TypeScript project structure
• Sample data and API contracts
• Clear architecture rules (Browser ≠ Runner ≠ Editor)

• Clean, readable TypeScript
• Correct implementation of provided UX flows
• Respect for architectural boundaries
• Ability to follow specs carefully

Ideal Candidate
• Strong with plain JavaScript / TypeScript
• Comfortable working without frontend frameworks
• Detail-oriented and able to follow structured specs
• Experience with dashboard-style UI is a plus
