Front-End Layout Design Revamp

I’m refreshing my site’s front-end and need an expert who can rethink the overall layout and page structure while keeping everything clean, fast, and responsive. The back-end is already in place, so your sole focus will be on crafting intuitive HTML/CSS (or a modern framework such as React, Vue, or Svelte if you prefer) that elevates usability and visual hierarchy without touching server-side code.

Scope
• Analyse the current screens and identify layout bottlenecks.
• Provide low-fidelity wireframes to confirm structure, then convert them into polished, production-ready components.
• Ensure cross-browser consistency and mobile responsiveness from the outset.

Deliverables
1. Wireframes for each core page/state.
2. Finalised, commented front-end code (CSS/SCSS, JS/TS, or component files).
3. A concise style guide documenting grid, spacing, and breakpoints.

Acceptance Criteria
• Pages render flawlessly on the latest Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.
• Lighthouse performance and accessibility scores ≥ 90.
• Layout adapts smoothly from 320 px to large desktop widths without content shifts.
