Front-End Developer for Figma Design Task. Looking for a long-term developer for my website.

I’m looking for a front-end developer who understands design, not only code.
This is a paid test project to find a long-term developer for my website.

Task (for this project only):

• Build my hero section from my Figma design
• Includes: cut-out PNG photo, paper textures, subtle hover animations, pin/sticker element
• Must match the clean collage style exactly (minimal but creative)
• Must load fast (image compression + optimization required)
• Must be responsive (desktop + mobile)
• No AI-generated code or random templates

My website is simple, minimal, and intentionally “sketchbook” themed.
If this goes well, I’ll hire you for the entire site (multiple sections).

Budget for this test task: $30–$50

Required:

• Strong front-end skills
• Experience with animation/micro-interactions
• Understanding of design, layout, alignment
• Ability to optimize images without ruining texture quality
• Good communication
