Fix WordPress Theme Menu

Job ID: 40499817

Budget: $30 – $250 CAD

I’ve just launched a new site with a ThemeForest WordPress theme and everything looks great—except the main navigation. All menu items are present in the WordPress Menu area, yet any change I try to make through the theme’s own settings or the standard WordPress Customizer refuses to show up on the front-end. It feels as if a style override, mis-hooked location, or a bit of rogue JavaScript is blocking the appearance layer.

Because I’m busy getting my consulting practice off the ground, I need a seasoned WordPress pro who can step in, trace the exact point of failure, and restore full visual control over the menu without disturbing the rest of the site.

Acceptance criteria – when you’re done I should have:
• A top menu that reflects the theme’s intended styling (colors, hover effects, dropdowns).
• The ability to adjust that styling myself via the theme options or WordPress Customizer, with changes taking effect immediately.
• A brief note explaining what was wrong and how you fixed it, in case I need to replicate the solution on staging or future sites.

I’ll provide admin credentials and, if needed, FTP access. Let me know roughly how long you expect the fix to take and any additional information you need before you begin.

I still have support remaining from the theme providers so you work with them to address these issues with their support
