Finish Pub Website Build

The site you’ll be working on is already about 80 % complete and lives in the Files folder I’ve shared. My benchmark is https://www.guardianpubs.com/—by the time you hand it back, I want our visitor experience, performance and mobile responsiveness to feel just as polished.

Here’s the current state of play:
• Core pages are built, but several features still need wiring up and a round of front-end polish.
• A few visual inconsistencies remain across breakpoints.
• Some back-end routes/controllers are stubbed out but not yet functional.

Your brief is straightforward: pull the code, audit what’s missing, then deliver a fully working, production-ready site within two days.

Deliverables
1. Complete any unfinished front-end or back-end functionality so every link, form and dynamic element behaves exactly as intended.
2. Standardise styling and spacing so desktop, tablet and mobile layouts all align with the Guardian Pubs reference.
3. Push the final build back to the repo and supply a concise change-log summarising what you touched and why.

Acceptance criteria
• Every page renders without error and passes W3C validation.
• No console or network errors in the browser.
• Looks pixel-consistent with the reference site on Chrome, Firefox and Safari (desktop + mobile).
