Enhance React App and Admin Panel

I need several focused enhancements to an existing React code-base so our customer app and the accompanying admin panel stay in sync and secure.

The tasks are:

• Harden the admin area behind a single, changeable password.
• Add a full notification system—push, email and in-app—to the user side, with a delete option for each notice inside the admin panel.
• Persist user address and city to both the app and the admin database; the record must remain after the user logs out.
• Build a product-enquiry module in the admin that includes a user-facing form, an indexed list of every query received, and the ability for admins to chat back in real time.
• Allow me to enable or disable the public contact form from the admin panel, while automatically pre-filling any logged-in user’s details when it is active.

All work must be done in React (no other front-end frameworks or boilerplates). Clean, well-commented code and clear component structure are essential; I’ll test by running the repo locally and checking each feature end to end.
