Front-End Developer Needed to Complete 7 Business Document Tools — HTML/CSS/JavaScript, Netlify and PDF Printing

Project description

We are looking for an experienced front-end developer to complete a lightweight web application for Izumi General Trading LLC, a decorative coating company based in Dubai.

We already have an existing HTML/CSS/JavaScript prototype and design. The developer should continue and improve the existing project rather than redesigning everything from the beginning.

The system will contain the following seven modules:

Contractor Inspection Request — CIR
Quotation
Stock / Inventory Tracker
Client Sample Approval Form
Application Invoice / Work Record
Local Purchase Order — LPO
Tax Invoice

The CIR, Quotation and Stock modules have already been partially developed. The existing source files, document templates, logos and sample data will be provided to the selected developer.

Required functionality
Maintain the existing visual design and navigation.
Complete all seven modules.
Responsive layout for desktop, tablet and mobile.
Form validation and required-field warnings.
Dynamic line items for quotations, invoices and LPOs.
Automatic subtotal, VAT and grand-total calculations.
Print-ready A4 document layouts.
Export through browser Print / Save as PDF.
Add, edit and remove rows where applicable.
Basic draft and stock persistence using browser localStorage, so information is not lost after refreshing the page.
Search and filters for the stock module.
Proper company information, TRN, logos and document numbering fields.
Deployment to Netlify under the client’s account.
Compatibility with Chrome, Edge and Safari.
Clean and clearly structured source code.

Seven fully working modules.
Complete editable source code.

Two rounds of revisions.
Fourteen days of bug fixing after final delivery.
Acceptance criteria

A module will be considered complete only when:

all fields and calculations work;
the generated document matches the supplied template;
the A4 PDF output has no overlapping or cut-off text;
the module works on desktop and mobile;
entered draft data remains available after refreshing the browser;
all source files and access credentials have been transferred to the client.
Timeline

Preferred delivery: 10–15 calendar days.

Budget

Please provide a fixed-price quotation.

Expected budget: AED 4,000–7,000, depending on experience and proposed solution.

Suggested milestones
20% — source-code review, project setup and confirmed implementation plan.
30% — four completed modules available on staging.
30% — all seven modules completed and submitted for testing.
20% — corrections completed, Netlify deployment and full source-code handover.
