ELITE UI/UX Designer & Frontend Developer (Awwwards Quality) for Long-Term Agency Partnership
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 AUD

We are ClearStack Digital, an Australian digital architecture agency targeting high-end professional services. We are currently restructuring our workflow and are looking for a top 1% UI/UX Designer & Frontend Developer to become our permanent, white-labeled "in-house" frontend partner.
We do not want a one-time gig worker. We are looking for a true partner whose established, high-end portfolio we can leverage to secure premium clients, allowing us to substantially increase our project pricing together.
The Partnership Model (How We Work):
We know that elite designers hate dealing with client revisions, backend databases, and hosting setups. So, we handle all of it.
ClearStack handles: Lead generation, client sales, onboarding, all client communication, backend architecture (Next.js/Headless CMS), database integration, and post-launch maintenance.
You handle: High-fidelity Figma UI/UX design, pixel-perfect responsive coding (React/Next.js + Tailwind), and high-end animations. You hand over the clean frontend repository, get paid, and move right to the next build.
The Financial Structure:
We operate on a strict 60/40 revenue share for all builds (60% to ClearStack for sales/backend/management, 40% to you for Design/Frontend).
The Test Project: Our immediate pilot project has a total budget of $5,000 AUD. Under the split, your payout for the frontend delivery of this test build will be $2,000 AUD.
The Future: Once this pilot is successfully completed, we will be leveraging your portfolio to close high-end professional service clients at $10,000 to $15,000+ AUD, meaning your 40% cut will scale significantly per project.
What We Are Looking For:
Elite UI/UX: World-class Figma skills. You understand modern, premium aesthetics.
Flawless Frontend: React / Next.js (App Router) and Tailwind CSS.
Next-Level Motion: Mastery of Framer Motion or GSAP. We want buttery-smooth scroll interactions, micro-animations, and dynamic transitions.
AI & Video Integration: We want websites that feel energised and alive. Experience utilizing cutting-edge AI video tools (Runway Gen-2, Midjourney, etc.) to create striking hero backgrounds and immersive assets is a massive bonus.
