Django E-Commerce Site Build -- 2

I need a full-function e-commerce website built with Django from the ground up. The core goal is a stable, secure storefront that I can easily expand as my catalogue grows.

Key expectations
• End-to-end setup of a fresh Django project, including models for products, orders and customers.
• A responsive front end that works smoothly on desktop and mobile.
• Cart and checkout flow wired to a mainstream payment gateway such as Stripe or PayPal.
• Basic admin screens so I can add, edit and remove products without touching code.

Nice-to-have items (we can prioritise together): user account management, product reviews, ratings, discount codes and inventory alerts. I’m open to your suggestions on the tech stack for templates (Tailwind, Bootstrap, React, etc.) as long as the solution stays maintainable.
