Design-to-React Conversion Partner

About the Role:
I'm looking for someone who can help me find freelance projects converting designs (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.) into production-ready code. You'll be responsible for identifying opportunities and connecting me with clients who need:

React/Next.js development
HTML, CSS, JavaScript implementation
Framer Motion animations
Pixel-perfect design-to-code conversions

What You'll Do:

Source and qualify leads for design-to-code projects
Reach out to potential clients (designers, agencies, startups, businesses)
Present my portfolio and capabilities
Help negotiate project terms and scope
Maintain ongoing relationships with clients for repeat work

What I'm Looking For:

Experience in business development, sales, or lead generation (preferably in web development/design)
Understanding of web development terms and project scoping
Strong communication and networking skills
Self-motivated and results-driven
Existing network in design/development space is a plus
