Cross-Platform Passenger Web App Development

I'm looking for a skilled front-end developer to create a modern passenger web application. This app is intended for commercial use and should include a range of features such as vehicle registration, ride booking, location tracking, online payment, QR code generation and scanning. In addition to these, there are two specific user systems I need to be implemented:

- Top-up Points System: This should allow users to add points to their account.
- QR Code Scanning System: This system should allow for QR codes to be scanned to consume the points by the app.
