Course site, FRONTEND ONLY! (Concept like Udemy/Coursera)
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I want the freelancer to build a course site like Udemy and Coursera, only the frontend part.. I want something unique, that's why I didn't buy a bootstrap theme or get a free theme online, I want a unique and fabulous frontend. My budget is 200$ reaching to 250$. I don't want it built using react or any framework, I want a pure html and css fantastic frontend. Of course technologies like tailwind css and bootstrap can be used for sure.. I mean frameworks like react, angular, etc.. Shouldn't be used..
