Choose your own adventure game website (frontend + backend)

A game that we wish to launch through a personal website

Website needs:
+ Everything built from scratch (no Wordpress etc.) and optimized for speed
+ Signup (confirmation code on email) and Login system for clients, allowing for PayPal transactions
+ Multi-layer avatar creation
+ Responsiveness, screen rotation
+ The application should be created as microservices to be easily scaled

Details:
+ Full website specifications are ready to be provided after signing an NDA
+ We provide the design as icons, photos and mockups
+ No requirement on the backend and frontend programming language.
