Build a 2-page react.js webapp of an already designed Figma sheet

Job ID: 32527770

Budget: €1,500 – €3,000 EUR

We are EUDABA – a small, legal-tech startup from Germany. The goal is to centralize European law resources and bundle them at one place.
We are at a very early stage and plan to release the first MVP at the end of January 2022. This MVP will only contain 1 legal act (CRR) and no homepage. To keep the deadline, we are looking for a frontend developer, who can build a react frontend while our CTO Jan is taking care of the backend.
What needs to be done:
· Build a 2-page react.js webapp of an already designed Figma sheet
· Fetch content over an existing and documented API
· Use SSG or SSR for the pages (Next.js)
· Responsive design (mobile devices have a low priority)
· Writing clean, documented code with up-to-date structure and readability
· TypeScript preferred
· Testing & high coverage is necessary

The pages:
1. Page 1: The legal act page
The central part of this is the Table of Contents (TOC). Each Article is a clickable item that leads to page 2. On this page, there are also the metadata of the law (name, numbering, dates, related resources, status).
2. Page 2: The article page
It’s the detail view of a single article. The content of this article can be retrieved.
