Build My Personal Portfolio

I’m ready to turn a detailed Figma-style layout into a small, polished personal portfolio and would like a junior web developer who is already based in the United States so we share a convenient time zone.
The site is straightforward: an About Me section, a Projects showcase, and a Contact Information page. I have every screen, font choice, and colour code mapped out; what I need is clean, well-commented code that reproduces the design faithfully and works smoothly on desktop and mobile. Feel free to suggest the best front-end stack—plain HTML/CSS/JS is fine, but I’m open to React or another lightweight framework if it speeds things up without over-engineering.

• Source code in a GitHub repo with concise commit messages
