Build Owmegle: Chat with Bots

I'm looking for a developer to create a basic yet functional clone of the classic Omegle, which I will call Owmegle. This project will focus on a text-only chat experience with specific features that ensure anonymity and ease of use.

Core Features:
- Anonymous 1-on-1 real-time chat, similar to the original Omegle
- Display messages like "You’re chatting with a stranger" and "Stranger is typing..."
- No login or signup required for users
- A clean and responsive frontend that can be developed using either plain HTML/JS or React
- A backend built with Node.js and Socket.IO
- The system should operate without a database, utilizing only temporary in-memory chat storage

Extra Functions (Lightweight versions accepted):
- A bot that auto-responds with predefined messages if there's only one real user online
- A display showing the count of fake users online (e.g., "15,824 online")
- An ad holder section on the chat page, which can include placeholders for static images, text banners, or video placeholders

Tech Stack:
- Frontend: HTML/CSS/JS with dynamic interactivity using React
- Backend: Node.js + Socket.IO
- No database like Mongo or MySQL; only memory-based storage is allowed
- The application should be lightweight and efficient

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in frontend development using React and/or HTML/CSS/JS
- Strong backend development skills with Node.js and Socket.IO
- Experience in creating real-time chat applications
- Ability to implement lightweight solutions without database dependencies
