Build Facebook-style in-app notification system inside Adalo app
Budget: $10 – $35 USD
I’m looking to add a Facebook-style in-app notification system to my existing Adalo app (please look at the attached example)
Notification Types
1. Post liked
Show profile photo of the user who liked the post and deep-link to the specific post that was liked on click
2. Comment liked (both parent and child comments)
Show commenter’s profile photo and deep-link to the specific parent or child comment that was liked on click
3. New comment (both parent and child comments)
Show commenter’s profile photo and deep-link to the new parent or child comment on click
4. New follower
Show the follower’s profile photo and deep-link to the follower’s social profile on click
5. Admin post/message
Show the company logo and deep-link to the specific admin post or message on click
Each notification must display:
• A short message (for example, “Anna commented on your post”)
• An accurate timestamp
Flow
When a notification event occurs, a record is created to the existing Notifications collection and the notification appears instantly when the bell-icon is clicked. Tapping a notification routes the user to the correct screen and marks it as read.
Requirements
• Reusable notification UI/UX matching the current app theme
• Update icon logic to be visible only when unread notifications count > 0
• Instructions explaining how to maintain or extend the setup
Important Notes
• I have provided all necessary information for you to accurately assess scope and cost. The bid amount you submit is the final price you agree to complete the project for. The maximum budget is $35 fixed.
• App is already done — do not break any existing screens or logic
• ALL database and notification actions are already set up and complete
• Work needed: Notifications list + deep linking + profile photo icon + short notification text
• Project can be done entirely inside Adalo or with a reusable React-based component
• App is in Spanish
Terms
• Fixed price: $35 one-time
• NO partial or full payments until the notification system is successfully tested and is FULLY completed
• Unlimited revisions required
• This should be a simple, quick, and straightforward project for someone experienced with Adalo or similar no-code tools
• If you complete this project successfully, you will be rehired for more projects soon.
