Bilingual Company Registration Page Development

I need a developer to build a Company Registration Page inside my platform.

The UX/UI is already fully designed in Arabic (Figma will be provided).
Your task is to develop it and make it bilingual (Arabic & English).

Convert existing Arabic UI into a working frontend

Submitted forms should be visible in an Admin Panel (or dashboard view)
Each submission should have a status:
