Basic Consume Restful API URL with React

Hello,
I created 2 repositories and each one you will see one specific restful api url. One of them I succeed to consume the data but I couldn't do for the other one.(improved up to a point and couldn't see the success page outcome) My request that both should be work and should written unit tests, ideally up to 100% coverage. I am unfamiliar with this field, if you are familiar in this field. Probably something that can be finished in 10 minutes :) It's a little bit urgent for me. The sooner it ends, the better for me.
