Safari Tour Operator - 'Women on Safari' Booking Forms

We have three products and use gravity forms to collect booking registration information. There are multiple options for payments, i.e. to pay in full or to pay a deposit, then there are options to travel with us, or to self drive (pay in full and deposit applies), then there are solo options, or two people sharing. I would like the booking forms to be thoroughly tested.
