We are a consulting firm based in Munich. Our clients often have no data visibility (e.g. sales) and are not trained to use it. What we want to do now is to build up our own company dasboard with standardized inputs.
First need
Step #1 - We ask the client to provide us with a data dump on e.g. sales data - avg sales volume, number of offers written and delivered, number of customer withdrawals vs. last year, etc.
Step #2 - Our internal business analyst transfers the data dump in a given template for sales data
Step #3 - the template is automatically transferred to our visual dashboard and ready for discussion
Second need
We recently supported a client in building up an analysis-based pricing strategy. We received all prices for the last three years by product number and calculated a proxy for volume growth, pricing power, etc. This analysis is a standard for pricing in commodity markets. Hence we would like to use the model as template + automatically transfer the data/new data in a Dashboard
