looking for a French tutor

I am looking for a French tutor for my child ,who's currently learning French at school as a foreign language ,my child a total beginner ,he has zero French language skill for the time being.
my child can have class with the French tutor once a week ,on Sunday or Saturday, besides, hope that the French tutor can help my Child with his French homework if needed .
the French tutor doesn't have to be a native French speaker ,but has to be patient and able to conduct the French tutorial class in English language (my child uses English as his primary language ). the tutorial class can be taking place on Zoom or Wechat videoconference .
