I wish to apply for an International Talent visa for France

I currently hold an International Talent visa for France, and am seeking to renew it. The process in London, outsourced by the French Consulate to a company called TLS, is byzantine, and all in French which (even though I speak some French) is incomprehensible because of the technicalities and because my situation is not straightforward - as an author I am under contract to a publisher but not employed by a company in France (etc). So I need help to navigate this.
