navite frensh speaker for a phone call

2 weeks ago I have been in France and returned 3 Amazon-Packages in a little Post-Office
the lady at the desk was able to scan the packages but she told us it's her first time and she don't knows if we have to pay anything and she will give it to the postman
our frensh is bad and we left france
it looks like the packages have not been returned to amazon so I need someone to call that post-office and ask for.. may pay however possible..
