Writing,correcting

Hello
I am creating a website which is a web agency.
I have structured everything already in a word document(I,II,III,IV,V)
Everything is written but I feel it is too wordy. All the structure is there but I think we should reduce everything like ''half'' and write a bit better in a journalist way.
Please can you help me. I am willing to help but it is too long for me as I am not a professional writer.
It has to be a French person whom write perfectly in French.
