French-Speaking Wordpress Expert Needed Urgently

URGENT:
Website is down now so we need assistance asap.
Once problem is solved we are looking for a team or someone who can handle regular updates and routine maintenance for our website (community online news). We are a small agency and we are non profit. Someone who understands FRENCH and who can also design flyers or banners (from time to time) would be perfect for this project. If flexible, we are ready to work with this person or team for several months or years and pay a reasonable fee for the services. The website rarely goes down for the past 5 years. However it seems that something is not working properly with our current THEME. The best candidate MUST be proficient with WORDPRESS. We host our website with Hostinger.

We are not willing to replace it yet. Our webmaster always fixes such issues in few minutes, but he’s currently not available. Please review our requirements and let us know. We need someone who can help us right away!
