# French-Speaking Lead Generation & Customer Research Assistant (Remote)

## About Us

We are an international technology company looking for a motivated French-speaking professional to help us identify decision-makers, qualify potential customers and support our commercial development activities.

This is **not a sales position**. Your role is to research companies, contact them by phone and collect accurate information that will help our sales team.

## Responsibilities

* Research potential customers using online sources.
* Call companies in French to identify the appropriate contact person.
* Collect and verify contact information (name, position, email and direct phone number).
* Update our CRM/database with accurate information.
* Follow simple call scripts and procedures.
* Perform basic follow-up calls when required.
* Report progress and maintain organized records.

## Requirements

* Excellent spoken and written French (near-native or native level).
* Good communication skills and confidence on the phone.
* Professional and friendly attitude.
* Good internet connection and quiet working environment.
* Basic English for internal communication.
* Experience with lead generation, customer research, telemarketing or virtual assistance is a plus.

## Nice to Have

* Experience working with CRM systems.
* Experience contacting B2B companies.
* Ability to work independently.
* Additional languages (English, Spanish or German) are appreciated.
